Website Forms and Referral Information
When you submit the contact or demo-booking form on this website, we record — alongside your submission — the pages you visited on experiaapp.com during that visit and the website that referred you to us. This information is held in your own browser for the duration of that visit only, is never shared with third parties, and reaches us solely if you choose to submit a form. We use it to understand how enquiries reach us. This referral information is sent only to us and is never passed to any advertising or analytics provider; for the advertising cookies this website does use, see “Advertising Cookies and Conversion Measurement” below.
Advertising Cookies and Conversion Measurement
We advertise on Google. To measure whether those advertisements actually lead to enquiries, this website loads the Google tag (gtag.js) from Google on every page, and reports an event to Google Ads when you successfully submit the contact form or book a demonstration. That event records only that a submission took place, together with a nominal value; it does not include your name, email address, telephone number, your message, or the referral information described above.
For this purpose Google may set and read cookies in your browser, and may use them to attribute your visit to a particular advertisement and to show you Experia advertisements on other websites. This processing is carried out by Google as an independent party under its own terms. See Google’s Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy and its explanation of how it uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
You can prevent this by turning off ad personalisation in your Google account at adssettings.google.com, or by blocking third-party cookies or the domain googletagmanager.com in your browser. Doing so does not affect your ability to use this website, to contact us, or to book a demonstration.
Data Protection Mechanisms
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption, access controls, periodic security assessments, and compliance with relevant data protection regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and others.
Data Processing Procedures: We collect, process, store, and transfer sensitive data according to strict procedures designed to minimize risk and ensure data integrity. Sensitive data is stored in secure environments, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We adhere to data minimization principles and retain sensitive data only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
User Consent and Control
We obtain explicit consent from users before collecting or processing sensitive data and provide them with options to control their data preferences. Users can opt out of certain data processing activities or request the deletion of their sensitive data by contacting us through the available channels.
Sharing with Third Parties
We may share sensitive data with trusted third parties or partners for specific purposes as described in this Privacy Policy. These third parties are contractually obligated to comply with similar data protection standards and are prohibited from using sensitive data for any other purpose.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach involving sensitive data, we will promptly notify affected users and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We have established procedures for detecting, responding to, and mitigating data breaches to minimize harm to individuals and organizations.
In compliance with all relevant regulations and resolutions that protect user information and data, we retain information for the period we deem necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.
Users have the right to access and view their personal data through the website and to update their personal information if it is incorrect, inaccurate, or outdated.
We emphasize that protecting personal data is a top priority, and we are committed to taking all reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, or misrepresentation of information. Collected information will be stored on secure servers. This information will only be disclosed as required by the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We undertake not to sell, share, trade, rent, or disclose any information to any third party, except for affiliated companies, without the client’s consent. Third parties are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information and will only access it to the extent necessary to provide services and products.
