Our experience at LEAP was truly remarkable. We participated for four days and had the opportunity to engage in insightful discussions with visitors about the latest advancements in AI and communication solutions. We were also honored to win the “Sandbox Environment” award, presented by the Communications, Space & Technology Commission.
During the event, we showcased an AI Agent powered by generative AI on WhatsApp, designed to provide immediate responses to beneficiary inquiries. This innovation significantly reduces wait times by delivering quick answers without the need for a human representative.
